RGS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF38B_S529, CALD1_S73, and ZFP36_S60. Each is linked with RGS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS2-to-partner and partner-to-RGS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS2 versus PRPF38B_S529 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
