Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,382 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS2, FGFBP1, and MARVELD2. Each is linked with RGS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS2-to-partner and partner-to-RGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS2 versus GINS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
