Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,485 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of cell growth involved in cardiac muscle cell development. Each is linked with RGS2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS2-to-partner and partner-to-RGS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of phospholipase C-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway grouped by RGS2-low versus RGS2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
