Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,316 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2, ABTB2, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with RGS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS2-to-partner and partner-to-RGS2 results are reported.
