RGS14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,355 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK6, RELL2, and PRELID1. Each is linked with RGS14 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS14-to-partner and partner-to-RGS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS14 versus GRK6 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
