Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RGS14 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RGS14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where RGS14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
