Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,674 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4, PSMB6, and MLKL. Each is linked with RGS14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS14-to-partner and partner-to-RGS14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS14 versus PARP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
