Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,885 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUSBP16, UHRF1, and RNU2-62P. Each is linked with RGS14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS14-to-partner and partner-to-RGS14 results are reported.
