Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, MEK1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RGS14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS14-to-partner and partner-to-RGS14 results are reported.
