Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,196 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERH, CACNG7, and CYB561D2. Each is linked with RGS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS11-to-partner and partner-to-RGS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS11 versus ERH in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
