Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYGR5, FMO1, and BPIFB6. Each is linked with RGS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS11-to-partner and partner-to-RGS11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCYGR5 grouped by RGS11-low versus RGS11-high in BONE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
