RGS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,499 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, APOL3, and PTPRC. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS1 versus DOCK10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
