RGS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,764 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, PIK3R5, and SLAMF6. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS1 versus ZNF831 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
