Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,812 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RHOG, SAMHD1, and SAMSN1. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS1 versus RHOG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
