RGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ54, URGCP-MRPS24, and IGKV1OR10-1. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ54 grouped by RGS1-low versus RGS1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
