Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.
