Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,715 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain containing 2 signaling pathway, Leukotriene signaling pathway, and Regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell proliferation involved in sprouting angiogenesis. Each is linked with RGS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS1-to-partner and partner-to-RGS1 results are reported.
