Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,879 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, TMEM200A, and CMAHP. Each is linked with RGP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGP1-to-partner and partner-to-RGP1 results are reported.
