RFX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,304 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFX3_S155, PSIP1, and PSIP1_S129. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX3 versus RFX3_S155 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
