RFX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, XBP1, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by RFX3-low versus RFX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
