Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,609 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of type B pancreatic cell development, Heterochromatin organization, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.
