RFX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,908 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, GLRX5, and TDP1. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX3 versus VRK1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
