Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,724 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, Regulation of Schwann cell differentiation, and Folic acid-containing compound metabolic process. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by RFX3-low versus RFX3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
