RFX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1F, PRAMEF33, and C1QC. Each is linked with RFX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX3-to-partner and partner-to-RFX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1F grouped by RFX3-low versus RFX3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
