The most reproducible RFPL4AL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Reproductive structure development, Mitophagy, and RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with RFPL4AL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4AL1-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4AL1 results are reported.
