Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFPL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFPL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, AVPR1B, and KRTAP9-7. Each is linked with RFPL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFPL4A-to-partner and partner-to-RFPL4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFPL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFPL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
