RFESD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFESD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,349 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFESD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, RASA1, and NDEL1_S198. Each is linked with RFESD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFESD-to-partner and partner-to-RFESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFESD versus SCYL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
