Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, NEK2, and TOP2A. Each is linked with RFC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC4-to-partner and partner-to-RFC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC4 versus CENPA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
