RFC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,668 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with RFC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC2-to-partner and partner-to-RFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFC2 versus RPL12_S38 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
