Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP386, NPBWR2, and PPP1R2P5. Each is linked with RFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFC2-to-partner and partner-to-RFC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP386 grouped by RFC2-low versus RFC2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
