Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RETSAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETSAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR161, ZNF496, and ACTR3B. Each is linked with RETSAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETSAT-to-partner and partner-to-RETSAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RETSAT versus GPR161 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RETSAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→RETSAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
