Across TCGA cell cohorts, RETN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RETN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of SREBP signaling pathway, Positive regulation of muscle contraction, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with RETN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RETN-to-partner and partner-to-RETN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of SREBP signaling pathway grouped by RETN-low versus RETN-high in CNS.
