Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RET mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RET-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ3, SETD4, and BLM. Each is linked with RET in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RET-to-partner and partner-to-RET results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ3 grouped by RET-low versus RET-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RET→partner) and Y-score (partner→RET) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
