Across TCGA patient cohorts, RET mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RET-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and eEF2. Each is linked with RET in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RET-to-partner and partner-to-RET results are reported.
