Across TCGA cell cohorts, RET RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,113 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RET-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of metanephros development, Regulation of metanephric glomerulus development, and Positive regulation of metanephric glomerulus development. Each is linked with RET in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RET-to-partner and partner-to-RET results are reported.
