REST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,126 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, UBAP2L, and FAM114A2. Each is linked with REST in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REST-to-partner and partner-to-REST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REST versus SNRPD3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REST→partner) and Y-score (partner→REST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
