Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,610 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REST-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCR2, and TET3. Each is linked with REST in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REST-to-partner and partner-to-REST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REST versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REST→partner) and Y-score (partner→REST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
