REST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM95, CFHR2, and OR4F6. Each is linked with REST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REST-to-partner and partner-to-REST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM95 grouped by REST-low versus REST-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REST→partner) and Y-score (partner→REST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
