RERG-IT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RERG-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,066 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RERG-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, G3BP1, and TLN2. Each is linked with RERG-IT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RERG-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-RERG-IT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RERG-IT1 versus RBSN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RERG-IT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RERG-IT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
