REM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,826 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACIN1, PRR36, and SSRP1. Each is linked with REM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REM2-to-partner and partner-to-REM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REM2 versus ACIN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→REM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
