Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,760 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1R2, PPARG, and CAPN5. Each is linked with REG4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG4-to-partner and partner-to-REG4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG4 versus IL1R2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
