REG3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,076 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREX1_S319, PTPN12_S449, and HPR. Each is linked with REG3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3G-to-partner and partner-to-REG3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG3G versus PREX1_S319 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
