Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3G protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,397 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35E4, CYTH4, and ESS2. Each is linked with REG3G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3G-to-partner and partner-to-REG3G results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG3G versus SLC35E4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
