REG3G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,304 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, CDT1, and KIF20A. Each is linked with REG3G in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3G-to-partner and partner-to-REG3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCA grouped by REG3G-low versus REG3G-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
