REG3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3G-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO1D, HACE1, and FER1L6. Each is linked with REG3G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3G-to-partner and partner-to-REG3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO1D grouped by REG3G-low versus REG3G-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
