Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,006 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1A, REG3A, and REG3G. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG1B versus REG1A in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
