Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,280 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REG1A, CPNE1, and ZZEF1_S2444. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
