Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,883 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACKR3, CRTAP, and DUXAP9. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
