Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,943 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THY1, REG1A, and LMOD1_S59. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG1B versus THY1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
