Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Transglutaminase, TFRC, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with REG1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1B-to-partner and partner-to-REG1B results are reported.
